MA RN, Endorsing to RI or NH, Which is Better?

    I am planning to endorse to a compact state to enhance job search opportunities.

    Both NH and RI are equidistant from my home (Boston). Any experiences out there endorsing to either?

    I am endorsed in NH and work per diem at a hospital up there. I found the endorsement process to be tedious. It took between 4-6 weeks.
