I was offered a VNA position, but was shocked at the low pay!
What is the going rate for an experienced RN entering Home Health nursing in MA?
Thanks for any info!

The per diem rate is $42 visit with no gas allowance. VNA always gets paid less because you have flexibility.

what is the pay? if you don't mind me asking? any benefits?
32.50/hr with benefits (high insurance premium though). Local hospital just offered me 45/hr, so decided to go with them. I would love to work homehealth but with husband out of work I had to go with the better pay (and lower insurance premium).
