Has anyone worked for Genesis healthcare?

I am looking for a PD job at a SNF to get my foot in the door and some more medical experience, as my background is all in psych and I eventually want to get into a hospital. There is a Genesis nearby me and I received a call from a regional recruiter less than a day after posting my resume on their site.

I have read a lot of horror stories about LTC on this board... anyone have experience with Genesis??
