feelin like a fish out of water

I had been working as a lpn for only the first 20 months at a ltc as only a med nurse. The way the facility was ran was i had only been giving meds no tx no documentation(nursing notes) no nothing but give meds main reason for leaving obvious! I have recently left and took on a position at an adult day service program as nurse case manager. The paperwork is very overwhelming and on week two i am no longer shadowing any1! The job originaly posted for an rn(Bsn) so i dont know if this may be all over my head. Any feedback will be appreciated.Shakin in my boots.

Don't give up, you could do the med pass at LTC you can do anything! Be patient and don't be too hard yourself.
