    Dr. Lemaire was my interviewer as well. I can't get over how SHORT though...

    I interviewed with UVa CNL last Monday, it was short as well.... After the interview, my interviewer just mainly shot the breeze with me.. lol... Just questions about my experience as a LVN in the ICU and the military, family, said that the course is demanding and wanted to know how I deal with stress.... then she shared some funny things and said I should know by Dec 15.

    I would give about anything to know how many people were actually interviewed. Hope the Grey Lady reads this thread... I don't have enough posts to send her a personal message.

    I know! She was so helpful last time I applied to UMD.... I just keep thinking if I had attended the Fall 2010 cohort, I would be graduating this December.... Oh well, I am ready NOW!

    Dec. 15th! Aint that a long wait... or did u mean Nov.?

    I kind of console myself my wasn't that short, coz we both shared a lot.

    Yeah we did. MD is Nov 15 and UVa is Dec 15, for me... still excited.... starting to Cheyne-Stoke from anticipation over here!

    My only complaint was that I really wish that the writing sample would have taken place before the interview. Maybe it was to see how you handle adverse situations. I'm glad I've had to opportunity to talk to all of you... knowing that everyone's interview was relatively short puts my mind at ease.

    I'm not sure how many applied but from the interview alone, I'd say that we made it through the toughest part (the weeding process).

    I think UMD has a high number of applicants each year, so to get this far we've done something right! Hang in there.

    I agree! Thanks for sharing, now we can all sit back and support each other through this WAITING game. Good point about the adverse situation. It was a lil mind boggling to have the interview first. I remember last time there was NO interview.... they just reviewed applications and posted the results to SIMS. Praying to see that: "Admit-Institution" once again!
