Moving to Maryland (hopefully), looking for new grad programs

Hi there! I'm from Arizona and jobs here are few and far between especially for new grads, plus I just really want out of the desert! I've been told job opportunities back east in the Maryland area are pretty plentiful, what is the job market looking like right now for new grads? Any new grads having difficulties or on the other hand maybe an easy time? I don't know where to look for new grad programs, I have heard some hospitals have them while others may just open up new grad jobs. Any advice for me here?? Thanks!!
