Rn New Grad Salary

Can anyone tell me what new RN grads make in hospitals? Do BSN'S get more than ADN'S? I love the OR. Do they train new grads in the OR?

UMMC pays new grads $24.15/hr + shift differential.

Can someone tell me how much the shift differential is, it varies so much between hospitals.
