    Hi everyone,I just got an offer in St. marys Hospital in leonardtown, MD. I'm a new grad. So based pay is 26$ Deferential s2.50$ am3.80$ for night4.90$ for eve.I just want to know the general based pay for RNs in the area. Thanks! I'm coming from other state, basically no relocation assistance offer on my unit.
