Per Diem Rates for Outpatient RNs in Balto. Area

Can you please share what you know of per diem rates for outpatient RNs in the Baltimore area? I would like to work part time to increase my experience with outpatient care, especially urgent care. Any ideas about current rates, or advice about applying to urgent care or other outpatient settings, especially primary care, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
