    Dear MD nurse,

    The board is working on a new system and that is why they never answer the phone. they are much better and nicer if you go there in person. I had a recent issue and it was worked out after i spoke to someonen there. Srorry about previous posts. I take it back. Just go there and you will get polite and great service at the maryland bon.

    Well in my experience and from what I have heard from others it has been like that for years. I wonder when that "new system" will actually be up and running?

    Luckily I'm done with all my licensing stuff now but when I was getting my license I could never even get ahold of anyone. I always ended up on someone's voicemail and never recieved a call back.

    I hope they have fixed this!
