I assume that RN's make less on Eastern Shore than their Baltimore City or County counterparts. Does anyone know what a new grad can expect at Easton Memorial? Or just, on average, what is the difference?

Are they taking new grads that didn't go to their nursing school? I'm not sure what the rate is now but a few years ago I knew two people that did their new grad CC University thing and their pay rate was a few dollars lower than here. The local nursing homes down there do pay pretty good for PRN if you want a few extra bucks.
