I assume that RN's make less on Eastern Shore than their Baltimore City or County counterparts. Does anyone know what a new grad can expect at Easton Memorial? Or just, on average, what is the difference?

Are they taking new grads that didn't go to their nursing school
? I'm not sure what the rate is now but a few years ago I knew two people that did their new grad CC University thing and their pay rate was a few dollars lower than here. The local nursing homes down there do pay pretty good for PRN if you want a few extra bucks.
