HELP PLEASE?

I'm curious if anyone in here from Maryland knows what I will have to do to retake my exam. It looks like I have to pay the MBON another $100 (for what?) and then pay $200 to Pearson Vue. Just trying to make sure I have this correct because I'm not understanding why I would have to send in another application and $100 when I already have an ATT and obviously PV will allow me to register without getting another ATT since it's taking me to the CC page anyway lol. I swear they make this whole process way too hard! As if we didn't get enough hell in nursing school! Sorry I'm still a little upset about failing incase you can't tell!
