Harford Memorial and UCMC???

Can anyone tell me anything about either of these hospitals?? I am from DE and have never heard of them, but they seem like within reasonable driving distance and they are both in nice locations as far as I know.

I work at UCMC in Bel Air. I really like it there. Harford Memorial is an older hospital but I hear the staff is very friendly. Either one would make a good choice. Not interested in Christiana?

Thanks for the response and yes, Christiana is where I really want to work but they don't have any openings in med-surg. I really really want to get the med-surg experience for at least a year or two before I even attempt at anything else. They are hard to get into also probably because so many people want to work there.

Sorry it took so long to reply. New Grads are starting at $25/hr so I'd guess it's a little more than that. Good Luck!
