I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Frostburgs RN-BSN program. It says it is all online, but it isn't valid for licensing- you need an RN license before you apply. My question is, is this legit? Is it a respected program by other colleges? Has anyone completed this program? What can you tell me about it?
I am planning on getting my BSN part time, and during that time hopefully I will get some experience so I can apply to a NP or PA program in MD. The Towson University Hagerstown campus was my top choice until I found out they only accept one C. I have a 4.0 in all of my nursing prerequisite and science courses, and I am going to start accelerated nursing program at Howard Community College in May 2012. I got a C in computer apps and a business course years ago before I figured out what I wanted to do. I still plan to apply, but I was wondering if Towson doesn't work out, is Frostburg a good second choice?
Are there any other good BSN programs that might be able to overlook my past grade indiscretions?

If you ever found information regarding Frostburg, I would be interested in hearing about it.
