    Hi,
    I am a Registered Nurse from Nepal also holding RN license from MD. I have been applying for almost all the application that i come across online since June and there is no any response. I just got about two phone inquires about my background and they never call me back again and had a horrible interview too..

    I have one year of Med/Surg experience from Nepal but every position I applied here says they need recent clinical experience here in USA.

    I am having tough time finding a job...any help and suggestion will be appreciated...

    Hi there,
    I know the feeling. Market is saturated. Make your resume look attractive, do volunteer work, get as much certifications as you can, take refresher courses if needed! hopefully you will get noticed! Best wishes
