CCBC Nursing Fall 2012 - Waiting For Acceptance Letter

U.S.A. Maryland

Published

Hi everyone. Just figured I would start a new thread to keep each other company while we wait patiently for our letters to come. I just applied for CCBC Essex Nursing Program starting Fall 2012. Does anyone have any experience of how exactly your are notified? I know they say tat you will get a letter and I also know that you can continue to check your Simon account af if you get accepted, there will be a $200 seat fee in there. Are there any other ways of knowing?

IKR......but I applied to NWCC and the anxiety is a killer. Meanwhile, I am keeping faith and praying that I get the "acceptance letter"!!! I've been trying to reach out to recently accepted students to see how the admission process went for them. It's hard to get some information when calling the school...Since everything work as a pool..then why can't we "pool" together and pray that we all get the acceptance letter. Those are my thoughts and we can do it.....

hi [color=#ff0066]nps07! from what i can gather, and according to lois simmons, there has been a glitch with the computer system so a lot of people are unable to see the status of their application. as long as you've received your pink (or white) card, you're good to go because it will tell you if you need to complete any further requirements such as classes, teas, or transcripts.

good luck! :-)

I had the same problem. I thought it might be because I also applied to the RT program and only that application is showing. I did get a postcard saying that they recieved my application.

About how long did it take to get your pink/white slip? I'm still waiting on mine... I feel like I need to start calling the shp selective admissions office to ask them if they have it.

I did my application on 3/6 and recieved the postcard on 3/14...so 8 days. I would call them if I were you. The contact information that I have specifically pertaining to application questions is Lois Simmons at the office of selective admissions 443-840-2810. That's for the Essex program.
