Any MD nursing homes provide CNA certification?

I am done with my pre-reqs and am waiting to hear if I get accepted into an ADN program. I would like to get a job as a CNA, and was hoping there were some nursing homes that would offer certification in exchange for working for them.

Does anyone know of any nursing homes in Montgomery County that might do this? You'd be saving me a lot of research and phone calls!

Hey Ladypie~
When I started my nursing journey/adventure in 2000 I went to a Genesis nursing home and got my CNA, I had to work there for 6 months in exchange but it was a great learning experience. I did move on from that job 6 months TO THE DAY! Not sure if they all do it but may be worth checking into~good luck.
