As a woman, I'd have to say that mostly an all female environment is HELL. Ugh. Drama, Drama, Drama, little petty remarks, underhanded backstabbing. Drives me nuts. I really would love to work with more guys.

I find it great to work with woman. Sometimes it gets a little too pink (baby talk, boyfriends, shopping etc...)but I don't mind. I have good luck with woman nurses I guess. Even the old crusty ones I find it easy to get to their heart. In the end people are people and gender is most often irrelevant.
