Here are some suggestions made there:
Get the prerequisite courses done as you wait-----unless you are completely done with ALL college work required for nursing school
Volunteer in the hospital or some place else where you can do good (and build a resume).
Take a nice vacation---you won't have time for it once in nursing school, really.
Enjoy the "free" life because nursing school does put a huge crimp on your social and family life, more than you know.
Work and earn the money you will need to get through school. Those were mighty lean times for my family and me. Save money to put a buffer there for yourself.
