A post from me with a more upbeat theme, for a change.

Last week, for the first time, I had a dream in which I was a nurse. Finally. I'd never dreamt about it before. I can only remember waking up right after telling the recruiter that they'd have to increase the base salary a little bit in order to get me to work for their hospital as opposed to the other offers I'd had from other hospitals. How about them apples! I'm dreaming about getting hired and holding the cards for a change. I like it.

I had not really given that dream much thought, until this morning I awoke right after having a dream that I was - gulp - ready? Tony Soprano's nurse. I guess it had to do with having watched the last few episodes where he was hospitalized. That and watching the errors being made by actors. LOL. I was not too happy about being assigned Tony as a patient. I do remember feeling as though I needed to provide care without being judgemental.

Funny.
