    When do you think it'd be appropriate to contact a healthcare recruiter? The way my college does their nursing program, I will be an RN two years from now with an associate's degree and then one year following I will have my BSN completed. I know I'll need my BSN to commission.

    12 months out from graduating with the BSN. At least that's how the USAF goes (I'm doing Nursing primarily for this reason, just not Army; Air Power! )

    Air Force is probably my first choice! Although, I would be excited to have the opportunity to serve as an officer in any branch of the military.
