I'm a New Grad with an ICU and Med-Surg interview next week... Help and advices

So I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on these interviews. I am generally comfortable in interviews and never really get nervous. I have been offered other jobs (Non hospital jobs) over the past few weeks but I have been holding out for a ICU internship. So, I was wondering if I should tell the DON that I have been passing up offers since I have a passion in Critical care.
