Clumpsy

wus crackin
i was curious, and me being me i tend to be somewhat clumpys not really walking in parked cars or closed doors to that degree all the time but tend to have things slip out of my hands once in a blue moon for no reason at all. i had to know if that, is a trait that might prevent me from being a good RN ! :idntdt:Thanks for your input !

I am sorry about this BUT I just can't stop myself........... Being clumsy might not be a problem; however, your spelling may cause you some heartburn.

I had problems with my feet.

Our rooms are small, with patients hooked up to IV's, foleys, telemetry and chest tubes, blakes and JP's, and sometimes epidurals, PCA's rectal tubes, SCD's, wound vacs, external pacers...and all of them absolutely MUST get out of bed to eat all meals and ambulate three times a day.

I was kicking over everything until I learned to always watch where i was stepping.

haha... sometimes when my patient is on inhaled nitric oxide (iNOtherapy) I'll accidentally step on the tubing, causing the machine to go wild, and my heart to skip a few beats.... then I realize that my foot is on it....
