Can I go to school in TX but get New Jersey RN license

Im currently stuck in TX...but im movin to Jersey as soon as im done with school..
I wanna know if I can go to nursing school in Texas but get my RN license for New Jersey?
If so how does this process work?

Yes, you can do that.

Here is the link to the licensure by examination application for NJ:

If you get a Texas license first and then want to become licensed in NJ, that is known as endorsement and here is the link: http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/nur...nforequest.htm
