Any Jobs in New England for Entry Level

Hi,

I am a 47 y.o. career changer and was wondering if anyone knows where the jobs in New England are. How much are they paying? and is it possible to work every W/E?

Thanks

I work in RI and I know the group of hospitals I work for (Lifespan) is always hiring. What are you looking for specifically?

I see. Well there are definitely positions in the Lifespan corporation that have those kind of hours but again your going to have to be more specific. What are your credentials? What is your education and experience level? What kind of position are you looking for? Are you a nurse? Are you a CNA? Are you looking for some other axillary position like a secretary or unit assistant? I would need you to elaborate to help guide your search.

Hi,

I am finishing my ADN program this year. This is a total career change for me. I have BA in Economica and an MBA. Looking for that first Nursing job once I get out.

Thanks,

John

I know my hubby has had a hard time finding a job up here in Maine. They are looking for nurses with experience not grad nurses. The grad positions that they do have available are far and few. Good luck to you.

Well in RI they are still looking for some new grad. nurses. I know that Lifespan is one of the only large scale hospital corporations in the Northeast that is still looking for ADN graduates (many large scale hospitals in Boston and New York City are looking for BSNs only.) I would suggest that you go to the Lifespan website and apply when you ready.
