Ages of male nursing students? - Page 38

I started taking classes right out of high school, then took a break for two careers! now i am 42 and am in my fifth semester. will be graduating in Dec of '12 and loving it so far! i am wondering why I waited so long to get into the medical field.

I'm currently 19 and entering nursing school this fall. Good luck everyone

I'm 40. Was a corpsman in the Navy, orthopedic tech after honorable discharge, finished a degree in Information Technology and changed careers... hated IT; now half way finished with my BSN. I should have never left the medical field

Hey, guys I just wanted to let everyone know that I just got my letter of acceptance into a local ADN program. I am officially a student nurse, I should graduate when I'm 20!

28 when I started prereqs for an accelerated BSN, now 31 and hopefully starting the 2 year program this fall.

Hey everyone I just joined the site. I am 22 year old Junior in a BSN program.

21 here, started at 20 after coming back from Air National Guard training (had been in college full-time since graduating high school prior to that).

I'm 20 in my first semester of a 4 semester BSN nursing program. I would say the only downfall to being young is that most of the women in my nursing program are out of my league lol. Seriously though..
