    Hello I am a new DCS of a 49 bed skilled nurse facility. I am also over Infection Control and looking for advice on an effective Infection control program. The facility was cited for issues regarding Infection Control and does not have a program in place currently. They have been through several DCS's both staff and interim in the past few years. Also can anyone provide me with advice on things I should do/know. I will be trained but I like several perspectives. Thank You!! Feel free to PM me if you prefer. I am in MI btw.

    You should contact your lab and ask them to help you set something up. I've always found the people at the lab to be a wonderful source of information.
