Need Resume Advice

  1. 0 I'm a semi new LPN that has been recently separated from previous employer. I've worked in 2 ltc facilities for 5 months and 7 months respectively and as a pdn pediatrics for 4 mo's. I'm worried that I may be viewed as a job hopper. I have reasonable explanations for my moves and I have good references. It's a tight job market and I wonder if I should leave off my first employer.. ?

In a sea of resumes I would view this as a job hopper and someone I would probably not call for an interview, especially if I had others to choose from that had more experience and more longevity. That first job wouldn't not sway my opinion one way or another.

(Hope you really wanted an honest answer)
