    We have "CNA" assignment sheets which are hall specific, have everything on it such as diet, ADLs, transfer assist needed, continence, and any special information they may need. They are on the computer, updated and printed out daily. The CNAs are to keep with them (and actually read them for changes). Very similar to Smarteena's Seems to work ans even the surveyors can figure out whats going on. or what's "supposed" to go on.

    That is being on the ball. Few places are so organized as to update 'anything' daily. And I've been in places that have flat out determined, for whatever inane reason, that nursing assistants 'don't need to see the care plans'?
