Help

Help, I've been offered a position as an ADON in a 75 bed facility. I have been an RN for 25 yrs and have worked as a DSD, never an ADON though. Could anyone give me an idea about salaries in Calif East Bay? I know they have had a hard time with turn over in the past few years and am hoping to use this as a negotiating tool. Thanks
