Does anyone know anything about HeathBridge Management? Or CareOne? They have some openings but one of the recruiters I know told me to do my due diligence....he made it sound ominous.

Yes but that doesn't always tell the true story. A recruiter told me to do my due diligence and really check them out before signing on. Perhaps he's not entirely truthful since he's trying to get me to work for someone else!

Does your state list the actual completed 2567 online for anyone to read? Can you find out how often they change some of their key managment positions or even floor staff?

I have heard of them and know that they recently underwent a change in management. I have no idea how to answer your question, you have to ask the previous DON. I know one of their founders who recently left to start Post Acute Partners. I guess one is as bad or as good as the other.
