Have any DONs/ADONs ever been through a JCAHO survey in LTC?

I am the ADON in a JCAHO (Joint Commission) accredited LTC facility. Our survey window opens up with them next month and I am unsure of what to expect. This is the first time I have worked in a LTC facility that had the Joint Commission accreditation. Thanks!1
