What is on the National University Proctored Essay?

I've read all the threads here about the proctored essay for National University's nursing program. But for those who've taken it, can you please be specific on the type of question(s) you got?

Were there more than 1 question?

I called them and they had no advice for me. I don't know how to prepare myself for this essay. It would help to know what questions they asked you.

And would anyone know if the proctored essay for the LVN-BSN program at National University is the same on for their generic or accelerated BSN program?

Last thing, can you take the proctored exam more than once?
