LPN to RN ???/

    These community colleges should know how to help you.

    There is a New York State Nursing Forum, and they might be able to help, too. Go to "Local" then to "United States" and then to New York to browse the posts.

    LaGuardia Community College has an LPN to RN bridge program. You have to take their pre and co-requisites, though. And, I think that Queensboro will place an LPN on advanced standing when applying for candidacy, but it means taking an exam. Good luck!
