    Could anyone tell me where I can get assistance in SA, TX for loans, grants, or scholarships? Also where could I go to get my CPR done?

    Each school's financial aid department handles loans, grants and school scholarships. Contact the fin aid office at the school you're interested in, that's the best pace to start. They will probably be able to point you towards the competitive local scholarships.
