100,000 in debt is not worth it. Its a weight that is going to be around for a long time. You wil regret it later on when you cant find a job, or hate the job/facility you work in but cant quit because of 100K in debt. Try and look for a cheaper option.

Talk to the financial aid office at your school.

Regarding hospitals paying for you to go to school, I seriously doubt you're going to find that. There are a TON of new grads out there scrambling for jobs... hospitals don't need to subsidize students like that or to offer sign-on bonuses anymore.

I actually asked myself the same question. http://www.moneyunder30.com/degree-w...dent-loan-debt gives you a life calculator and formula to determine whether it would be worth it. Another option I've found, is work for a place that offers tuition reimbursment/assistant. Also, The military - they will pay for your schooling and sometimes even debt you might already have, mostly reserves if your older than i think 27 or even a regular branch. FInally, obviously, grants and scholarships. Those are the options I had come across when I was looking into paying for school/contemplating school loan debt. Hope this was helpful and good luck!
