No one told me that. They just made it seem like classes fill up really fast so when i got the letter regarding oreintation i just assumed it was closed.

They must just have you on a waiting list. If you had no chance of getting for Sept'07 i'm sure they would have just said so. Also they may be holding a seat for someone who tested before you...that may not accept. My accepteance letter gave me a date i had to have my deposit in by or my seat would have been given to the next person on the list.

Also, I know they do hold seats for people that didn't do so great on the entrance exam and have to take the remedial classes over the summer. So you may have a chance there as well. Or maybe it could be as simple as someone not passing the drug test... You never know!

Just think positive and call every now and than and see what's going on!

GOOD LUCK!

I am currently attending VEEB and all I can say is its a good school. I live in Brooklyn and I have a one year old, its going to be hard at first but if your studying you have no problem passing. The teachers are there to help you out and to be honest they can be tough but they want to see you pass. I have never had a problem with the exams because when you attend tutoring it helps a whole lot. I have a 92 average in almost every class and the only way that happened is because alot of the students formed study group and we helped each other. If you have strong will and power all of you will pass. If you need anymore help or info just drop me a message.
Bye

Thanks so much Trini Angel for the encouragement. We keep hearing the program is sooooo intense, which all nursing programs are on a whole anyway.

Thanks for the Info... TriniAngel!

Wow... A 92 average is excellent! What are your plans after graduation?? Are you going to continue to RN or Work??

Also, could you provide us with a list of the required & recommended books.. if you can???

Thanks again!

The key to passing VEEB is simply studying in groups and keep studying.
I plan on attending Helen Fuld after VEEB simply because everyone that graduated from VEEB and transitioned off to the RN program there said it was easy.
VEEB is very intense and their test prepares you for the NCLEX. By the time your finish you can take on any RN program.

GOOD LUCK
