VEEB LPN Program (info request)

I can't understand why are they splitting us up again for the second section. And why would they just call you and say "don't come to take the final....or don't come for the second section". I think thats a bit rude.

If you are on BORDERLINE, VEEB will call you to come in and you will be counseled on what score you need on the final to make the 70%. From what I've heard, Veeb will call you AFTER the final to come in if you didn't pass the semester. So obviously with that, you won't go to 2nd semester. Your sections will stay the same each semester, but your clincal groups will change (which is a good thing, trust me).
