Nursing diagnoses secondary to help

I am not sure if I am on the right track and was hoping for some feedback.

I have this so far:

1. Stem Dx: Dysfunctional Gastrointestinal Motility

Related to: Inactive lifestyle, pharmacological agents (e.g., laxatives, antibiotics, narcotics) , diabetes,

As evidenced by: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and abdominal distention, change in bowel sounds (e.g., absent, hypoactive, hyperactive), increased gas residual, absence of flatus, difficulty passing stool, diarrhea, abdominal cramping

Secondary to: gastroparesis
