1. Stem Dx: Dysfunctional Gastrointestinal Motility
Related to: Inactive lifestyle, pharmacological agents (e.g., laxatives, antibiotics, narcotics) , diabetes,
As evidenced by: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and abdominal distention, change in bowel sounds (e.g., absent, hypoactive, hyperactive), increased gas residual, absence of flatus, difficulty passing stool, diarrhea, abdominal cramping
Secondary to: gastroparesis

- Oct 26, '12 by kansasredneckwomenI'm not sure what you are asking. Are you trying to do a care plan? If so you have good information but need an obtainable goal and nursing interventions that will help your patient reach that goal (with rationales).
