I start April 14th! Woooooo!! So nervous and excited!!

What shoes, backpack, scrubs, and steth are you buying?
Are you organizing your home if you are married and/or have kids?

Thank God there are others who are excited because I don't want to wear the people down around me with my excitement so I kinda hold it in..

My teacher told me not to buy that stuff because everything has to be exactly the same! I have been setting up a good place to study. I think now is the best time to get organized.

At orientation I got a book list for my first 3 months (i bought them all on amazon). For scrubs, we can wear any kind for now as long as they are solid white, then in june we get measured for our offical scrubs. I have a Littman already, so I'll be using that. I haven't figured out shoes or back pack.

For organization, I have a large desk, and I just cleaned out everything last night. I have extra notebooks and pens and stuff. I need to get a big desk calender still.

I'm about to go shop for my BPC, a watch and we will see what else I find.

So excited!!!

This sounds like fun! I start on Monday, March 30th! I think this is a good idea.

Just an FYI, Walmart sells Littman Stethescope sets with the BP cuff and bag for 109! (online)

RCH85 - Your school sounds like mine, that was one of the reasons I chose this one LOL. I liked being able to choose my own scrubs, but we do have the standard white one's for clinical rounds.

BIKRGRL - I can't wait to hear an update!
