i need help with care plans

what sort of help do you need? There are a few books out there that I love:One good one is by Mosby "ALL IN ONE CARE PLANNING RESOURCE" but my all time favorite is the Nursing Diagnosis Cards by Lippincott, they give you everything you need to know. Just let me know where you are stuck at, I will help if I can.

When I started nursing school it use to take me HOURS to write up a care plan... the problem... the BOOK! I didn't understand how to use it.
Find a couple really good care plan books and it will be a EASY! I favored the ones that had medical diagnosis, and then possible nursing dx under that... for example you patient just had a baby... you would look under Postpartum, and then you would find things like alteration in comfort due to breast engorment or something like that. Also, try to find a care plan book written by the same people as your text book (easier to find rational) I had Lippincott I think.
