How to Pass Anatony (AP)

  1. I'm an older adult who just started LPN program in July, I'm actually 44 years old trying to relearn about studying.
Our first classes are: Anatomy and Social science I ( opt out of) because I'm a CNA, which gives more time with Anatomy, We are doing (Memmler's The Human Body in Health and Disease edition 11). How is the best way to study and pass this class, our first test is coming up in 2 weeks. Any pointers or suggestions would really help.

anatomy is pretty much best learned by memorization. there are a number of ways to memorize. just pick the method that works best for you:

Many colleges also post their course materials from their A&P classes online. If you're not getting a concept, you may just need to hear/see it from a different perspective.

Holler at me anytime if you have A&P questions specifically. I have a big resources of notes and files on my laptop I can share - WAY to much to post it all at once, but if you have a specific topic, I know where to go and pull it out.

    Good luck.

The way I remembered was making up little songs and sayings. The sad part is, the cruder, shocking, and most perverted thing I could come up with stuck the best. Everyday I would get to class and everyone would ask me how to remember.
