How can I step up my time management?

Hi my fellow nursing student,

I only have 5 months left till graduation, I feel like I should have had a better time management in administering all my meds in time, but when you have 3 acute care patients, with a hell on wheels instructor who would dock your medications as late, because she was with another student even though you are in line waiting for your medications to be check, I will need divine intervention how can I have all my work done.

Now, I really need advice on how can I have my medications on time for 0900, nurses note due at 1000. I thought I had a better way on handling this when I just had 2 pts, and now I have 3, it seems like I will not have a nice clinical week next week.
