Help with nursing Diagnosis for an unconcious, dieing, comfort care patient

I have a pt. who is unconscious and on comfort care. The family has just asked to stop all peg feedings. SHe had a fever, we are slowing decreasing o2 via nasal cannula. She is getting morphine via peg. I am having a difficult time thinking of 3 nursing diagnosis. I have never had a dieing pt. before. At this time my main concern is keeping her comfortable and supporting the family in the grieving process. Any suggestions would be great.
