Why not just google "national certification for LPN in long term care facilities..." Sometimes you just need to put your critical thinking skills to work...

Contact your national LPN society and see what kinds of national certifications they offer. INS, the Intravenous Nurses Society, offers national certification in IV therapy, but I do not know if they accept LPNs for this certification. You can go to their website and check.
