Gift ideas for instructors

I don't know how inexpensive it was, but we had a awesome Micro prof in my prereqs, and we chipped in and got her a desk clock engraved with a saying about great teachers (of course I don't remember the quote), and our class name and year. She was speechless and it brought tears to her eyes! Maybe you could find something a little smaller since you have to get it for 15 teachers? But the engraving is a nice touch and they will always remember your class! Check into "Things Remembered" if they have those stores where you are - there is one in the mall here.
