Jun 27, '06 by ButterflybeeThank you. I will look at both. I have the book Nursing Diagnosis Manual. It only has one chapter called mind mapping to create and document the plan of care. It tells you how but doesnt provide any examples(or none that I can see).The focus of the book is contained in its title Nursing Diagnosis which was why I bought it.
Any more info is much appreciated. I would like to see more care plans for different diagnosis and how to structure it.
