New grad LPN in Iowa - will make $15/hr working at a camp for kids with special needs this summer. Also in talks with a pediatric home care agency that will pay $16/hr. LTC places pay more around here, but I am still in school for my RN and need flexible scheduling, so these options seem better to me.
