what is a working interview?
- 0Jul 24, '11 by realsocallvnI interviewed for an allergy, immunology office and was ask to return for a working interview. I have no idea what to expect, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
- 3Jul 24, '11 by irish6363it is the kind of interview where they ask you to actually perform the work you will be doing to see how you engage with the others you will be working with etc, kinda like lets say working for them for free for several hours so they have a chance to observe you in action.
- 0Jul 26, '11 by realsocallvnThank you for your replies! It lasted only an hour and a half and i did not do much working. I did what i could like vitals but the rest was skin testing and lung function tests, which i have never done. I thought this would be about seeing if i was a good fit with the MD but i hardly interacted with him! Turns out it was mostly an interview with the staff. I feel that i asked relevent questions, had a good attitude and that i belonged there! They will let me know by tonight what the outcome is.
