What job is the best Entry Level LPN..?

It is my first time to be working as an LPN and I am confused which kind of LPN job should I give priority in applying for. Working in a hospital seems to be good because it seems to me like lots of the theories and skills learned from school are going to be applied. However, it looks like these hospitals only hire experienced LPNs. I am also thinking about assisted living but I am not quite aware of the nature of LPN's job in an AL facility. What is the difference between assisted living or nursing home and which one, personally do you prefer to be working for? Also, is it possible for me to get hired in a hospital even though they require an experience as an LPN? (I like stimulation and lots of learning in a job and I am considering that as a consideration.) Thanks a lot.
